In addition to its work in Bihar, Janani also has operations in Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal and Assam. In Bihar, Jharkhand, MP and Uttar Pradesh Janani has 30 Surya Clinic across these states. Where we are providing comprehensive Family Planning services. We are also into social Marketing and providing range of contraceptives, as social Marketing.

Janani is affiliated to DKT- International, a non-profit organization based in Washington D.C. With 22 programs across 23 countries, DKT is one of the largest and most cost-efficient social marketing organizations in the world. Since 1989, DKT has been promoting family planning and HIV/AIDS prevention through social marketing in the developing world. In 2015, they sold over 663 million condoms, almost 74 million cycles of oral contraceptives, over 25 million three-month Injectable contraceptives and more than 1.9 million Intra Uterine Devices (IUDs) , and emergency contraception, implants, misoprostol/mifepristone, and Manual Vacuum Aspiration (MVA) kits.
