CEL is a community-entrenched global health research and implementation science organization based out of Shivgarh, central Uttar Pradesh, India. We envision a society where every life has a right to survive and live to its full potential. And to achieve this vision CEL, as health partners, are making a shift in paradigm, from ‘solving a problem’ to ‘realizing innate potential’.

CEL’s areas of interest

  • Health system strengthening: operations research, health service delivery research, and quality improvement.
  • Creating opportunities for dialogue with local communities by tapping into local resource persons for health and education delivery
