CEL is a community-entrenched global health research and implementation science organization based out of Shivgarh, central Uttar Pradesh, India. We envision a society where every life has a right to survive and live to its full potential. And to achieve this vision CEL, as health partners, are making a shift in paradigm, from ‘solving a problem’ to ‘realizing innate potential’.

- BetterBirth, a pair-matched cluster randomized controlled trial (in collaboration with Ariadne Labs and supported by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation)
CEL is working in multiple districts across the state, both at health system level and at the community level.
